His early career was shaped in a large defence manufacturing environment, where structure, compliance, and accountability were not options but foundations. Those formative years built a strong grounding in governance, systems thinking, and financial control at scale.

He later transitioned into dynamic private sector environments, overseeing financial strategy across education, trading, and diversified business verticals. During this phase, he sharpened his ability to align finance with business realities, balancing operational agility with fiscal prudence.

For over a decade now, he has been at the helm of finance in a growth-driven, innovation-led enterprise, steering it through capital infusion, cross-border partnerships, operational restructuring, and working capital transformation. He has navigated complex funding structures, strengthened financial architecture, optimized cash cycles, and helped convert challenging phases into strategic inflection points. His leadership has consistently focused on building resilience, unlocking performance, and institutionalizing scalable systems.

As a managing partner of PRAAQAR, he combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. As a senior leader at PRAAQAR Consultancy Services LLP, she plays a central role in overseeing firm operations and service delivery. She leads a high-performance team and drives end-to-end financial management for a diverse portfolio of corporate and non-corporate clients. Her expertise spans statutory registrations, compliance management, management consulting, financial reporting, and governance frameworks. With a structured approach and strong attention to detail, she ensures that clients experience both regulatory confidence and operational efficiency.

Earlier in her career, she held leadership responsibility within the agricultural technology sector, where she managed a team of 15 professionals and led the complete implementation of a new accounting system. This digital transformation initiative strengthened internal controls, improved reporting accuracy, and enhanced process automation across functions.

Her foundational years were shaped through rigorous training at established Chartered Accountancy firms, where she gained deep exposure to GST law, TDS compliance, statutory audits, and financial reporting under the Companies Act, 2013. This early immersion in core technical work continues to anchor her practical and solution-oriented advisory style.

Known for her disciplined execution, team leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement, Manasa combines technical precision with strategic oversight, ensuring that finance functions not merely as a compliance requirement, but as a strong pillar of sustainable business growth.

Ritesh D is a commerce graduate with a B.Com degree and an MBA in International Finance and Accounts, bringing over two years of professional experience at PRAAQAR Consultancy Services LLP. His role involved hands-on exposure to accounting, audit, bookkeeping, and taxation, enabling him to develop a strong understanding of financial operations, regulatory compliance, and best practices. He is skilled in Excel and Tally and has a strong interest in finance, data analysis, and continuous learning. Beyond his professional work, sports have played a significant role in shaping his personality. Having represented at the district level in hockey and being actively involved in cricket including umpiring — he has developed discipline and teamwork which positively influence his professional approach.

He has also been responsible for handling Ind AS and IFRS engagements at Guru & Jana Chartered Accountants until 2025. An accomplished corporate trainer, he has delivered numerous insightful sessions on AS and Ind AS. His contributions to the accounting profession extend to authorship, including the widely recognized book Ind AS Ready Reckoner, published by Taxmann, along with six comprehensive books for CA students such as Ind AS Made Easy.
